1 Residence Casa italia: Two old farm houses sorrounded by 50 000 sm land
with olive trees, vineyards and woods and situated on the Montalbano’s
hills: from this exclusive residence there is then a fine view over the
valley. From nearly every place in the garden and from all apartments and
balconies people can admire the beautiful and wide-ranging Tuscan
scenery. 2 Big apartments with 1-3 rooms for 2-7 persons in the rustic
Tuscan style, with all convenices: thermal window, with shutter;
terracotta floors; ceilings with the beams showing; very cosy interior
decoration with rustic tiles and knock-down furniture (dish washer
included); modern bathrooms with big wash-basins, showers and bidet. 3
Each apartment has an own entrance from the garden or an own balcony with
sunshade, table and chairs. Central heating adjustable directly from the
apartments; hot water; telephone; Tv and satellite. 4 Facilities:
Included are also following facilities: 5 tennis court; ping-pong; bowl;
swimming pool (open from april to october) with hydromassage; parking. In
the residence there is then a small bar, where people can have breakfast
or buy foodstuffs (bread, croissants etc.) in the morning. 6 7 Our
neighbourhood: Our residence in only 3 km far from Vinci, the town where
Leonardo was born. In Vinci people can visit the “Museo Leonardiano” and
the birth house of Leonardo himself. It is then possible to visit a lot
of small Tuscan villages and important old churches, such as the “Pieve
di S. Ansano”. Our residence isn’t then too far from the most famous
Tuscan towns: Montecatini Terme; Firenze; Pisa; Siena; San Gimignano;

destinations of Tuscany, such as Pisa, Siena, san ginignano, Lucca and
the Mediterranean middle coast can be reached in less than an hour. 45
The residence Casa Italia is situated between Lamporecchio and Vinci on
the western slope of Montalbano — a typical tuscan mountain-chain
situated among Florence and Pisa —and is particularly favourable to the
car-drivers. 46 Our English-speaking staff will suggest to you the
artistic-cultural and enogastronomical trips of the area. 47 Lamporecchio
is a little town without mass tourism. Thus it has got all services,
restaurants, supermarket, sport center (golf), banks, medical center etc.
The fluent silver foliage of the olive-trees and the warm chromatic range
of the vineyards, which lie on the hill-terraces and on the level ground,
make up the most typical and representative colours of a landscape and an
environment which are still mostly surrounded by the green of the hills
of Montalbano, with its medieval villages, the towers, the suggestive
churches on its slopes.
Very near to Lamporecchio there is Vinci, place of birth of the famous
Leonardo da Vinci, quaint, ancient medieval village which preserves the
precious inventions of the famous genius. In Vinci the “museo

products: Casa Italia is a 5-hectars-farm with olive-trees and vineyards.
It produces extra-vergine olive oil IGP and San giovese red and white
wine IGT. 50 On Mondays the guests can visit the wine-cellar and taste
the products of the farm. They can also follow the lesson of an
agricultural technician who is going to explain the cultivation technics
for the olive trees and for the vineyards and the production of olive
oil, wine and brigidini (typical crisp biscuits of Lamporecchio). 51 Taxi
service, car-hire or driver-hire, availability of cars till 7 seats or
bus til 15 seats 52 Services 53 All services are weekly during the period
which lasts from Easter till October, unless there are free apartments
which allow a shorter sojourn. In the remaining time of the year weekly
sojourns are not required. Guests are to arrive from 4.00 o’clock p.m.
till 8.00 o’clock p.m. and they are to leave their flats within
9.00o’clock a.m. on Saturday. 54 Taxes, electricity, water, gas, linen,

In each point of the residence guests can enjoy a unique panoramic view
of the beautiful Tuscan landscape.
In the residence there are: heated swimming pool 7m x 15m, whirlpool,
tennis court, boccia, table-tennis, children area, relaxing places, a
panoramic view-terrace where guest can find barbecue and an oven for
pizza.
The residence is composed by 12 big apartments in 2 restored cottages
(all apartments have got their own entrance from the garden and terrace).
The apartments are furnished in Tuscan style, and each of them has got a
panoramic view on the valley.
In the reception you will find our staff (English-, French-, German-,
Russian speaking) who will take good care of your needs, so that your
sojourn is to be unforgettable.
In the environs there are many paths for walking, museums, as many

Weinbergen und Wäldern), auf einem Hügel des Montalbano. Hier befindet
sich diese exklusive Anlage mit einem sonnigen Blick auf dem darunter
liegenden Tal. Von fast jedem Punkt und von allen Wohnungen und Terrassen
genießt man einen schönen und weiten Ausblick auf dem toskanischen
Landschaft. 2 Breite Wohnungen mit 1-3 Räumen für 2-7 Personen im
ländlichen toskanischen Stil, mit allen Komfort: isolierte Fenster mit
Fensterladen; Fußboden aus Terrakottafliesen; Balkendecke; warme und
gemütliche Einrichtung mit ländlichen Fliesen und Anbaumöbeln

Von der Ausfahrt Pistoia führt die Straße weiter in Richtung Vinci und
Empoli über San Baronto. In San Baronto halten Sie sich links auf der
Höhenstraße nach Vinci. Kurz nach der kleinen Ortschaft Porciano, etwa
300m nach einer Rechtskehre, fahren Sie bei einer großen Hinweistafel
rechts ab (Via Lampaggio). Sie finden die Ferienanlage am Ende der
Häusergruppe. 9 ODER: Über die Schnellstraße Firenze-Pisa-Livorno
(FI-PI-LI), auf die Sie von der Autobahn Firenze-Roma bei der Ausfahrt
Firenze-Scandicci kommen. Verlassen Sie die Schnellstraße bei Empoli und
folgen Sie den Wegweisern nach Vinci. In Vinci fahren Sie geradeaus
Richtung San Baronto. Bleiben Sie etwa 7 km auf der kurvenreichen
Panoramastraße, um dann bei der großen Hinweistafel scharf links

fast alle berühmten Ziele der Toskana, wie Florenz, Pisa, Siena, San
Gimignano, Lucca und die toskanische Mittelmeerküste. 45 Residenz Casa
Italia liegt zwischen Lamporecchio und Vinci am Südwesthang des
Montalbano – einem typischen Höhenzug zwischen Florenz und Pisa – und ist
für Autofahrer aus Deutschland besonders günstig. 46 Unsere Residenz mit
ihrer Rezeption und mit dem deutschsprachigen Personal wird Euch
künstlerisch-kulturelle und enogastronomische Ausflüge in der Zone gerne

und die Gäste der Residenz können die Produkte probieren, indem sie einem
Unterricht von einem Landwirtschaftstechniker über den Olivenbaumsanbau

Produktion von den "brigidini" (einen typischen knackenden Kuchen von

Leistungen 53 Die Leistungen sind während der Periode von Osterna bis zum
Oktober wochentlich zu verstehen, auch wenn es die Möglichkeit gibt,
einige freien Wohnungen zu finden, in denen man einen kürzeren Aufenthalt
verbringen kann. In den anderen Perioden des Jahres wird keinen
wochentlichen Aufenthalt verlangt. Die Gäste können von 16.00 bis 20.00
Uhr nachmittags ankommen und sollen binnen 9.00 Uhr morgens samstags die

Eingeng vom Garten), im toskanischer Stil eingerichtet. Zentralheizung
mit Warmwasserversorgung, Durchwahl-Telefon, SAT-Farb-TV, luxuriös
ausgestattete Küchen und Bäder. Empfangs-und Aufenthaltsraum mit Bar und
offenem Kamin. Neben eigenen biologisch angebauten Produkten wie Olivenöl
und Wein, kann man hier auch die wichtigsten Lebensmittel, Getränke,
Gelati usw. kaufen. Deutsch-, Englisch-, Französisch- und
Russischsprachiges Personal wird ihre Anfrage beantworten, damit Ihr

attività: Due vecchie coloniche con 50 000 mq di terra con olivi, vigne e
boschi, situate in cima a una collina a sud-ovest del Montalbano: è qui
che sorge questo esclusivo residence con un solare panorama sulla valle
sottostante. Da quasi ogni punto della struttura e da tutti gli
appartamenti e terrazze si gode una splendida e ampia vista sul paesaggio
toscano. 2 Ampi appartamenti di 1-3 vani per 2-7 persone nello stile
rustico toscano, con tutte le comodità: finestre isolate, con persiane;
pavimenti in cotto; soffitti a trave; arredamento caldo e accogliente con
mattonelle rustiche e mobili componibili, incluso lavastoviglie; bagni
moderni con lavandini grandi, docce e bidet. 3 Ogni appartamento ha
un\'entrata diretta dal giardino e terrazza con pergola oppure ombrellone
e sdraie. Riscaldamento centrale, ma regolabile da ogni appartamento
mediante apposito termostato; acqua calda condominiale, telefono diretto,
TV e satellite. 4 L\'Accoglienza: Servizi: All\'interno della struttura e
sempre compresi nel prezzo sono l\'utilizzo delle seguenti strutture: 5
campo da tennis, ping-pong, pista da bocce, piscina (aperta da metà
aprile a metà ottobre) con vasca idromassaggio, parcheggio.
All\'interno del residence vi è poi un piccolo bar dove è possibile (a
seconda degli orari di apertura) fare colazione e comprare generi di
prima necessità, 6 come ad esempio il pane fresco la mattina. Ogni
appartamento è inoltre provvisto di lenzuola, piumoni e asciugamani per
tutti i clienti. 7 Dintorni: Il nostro residence dista solo 3 km dalla
vicina Vinci, città dove è nato il famoso Leonardo, genio del
Rinascimento. Oltre al museo leonardiano e alla casa natale di Leonardo è
possibile visitare molti piccoli borghi tipici della campagna toscana,
così come antiche chiese, quali la Pieve di S. Ansano.La nostra struttura
è inoltre vicina ai più importanti centri della Toscana: Montecatini
Terme; Firenze, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano; Pistoia; Lucca. 8 Dove siamo:
Autostrada A11 Firenze-Pisa nord; uscita Montecatini; proseguire poi per
Lamporecchio; a Lamporecchio seguire le indicazioni per S.Baronto (al
semaforo a sinistra); arrivati a S.Baronto svoltare a destra (strada
panoramica per Porciano e Vinci); poco dopo aver passato il piccolo
centro chiamato Porciano girare a destra per Via Lampaggio. Troverete un

Firenze-Roma; all\'uscita Firenze-Scandicci prendere la superstrada
Firenze-Pisa-Livorno (FI-PI-LI); uscita Empoli; proseguire poi per Vinci;
arrivati al semaforo a Vinci seguire le indicazioni per S.Baronato
(andando a diritto); a circa 7 Km di distanza, dopo il cartello Porciano,
girare a sinistra per Via Lampeggio.Da Pisa: superstrada

raggiungere in meno di un ora quasi tutte le mete famose della Toscana,
come Firenze, Pisa, Siena, San Giminiano, Lucca e la costa mediterranea

pendio sud occidentale del Montalbano – una tipica catena Montuosa
toscana tra Firenze e Pisa – è particolarmente favorevole per chi viaggia

enogastronomici della zona. 47 Lamporecchio Un piccolo paese senza
turismo di massa ma con tutti i servizi, compresi ristoranti,
supermercato, centro sportivo (golf), banche, dottori...
Lo svariare argentato delle chiome degli olivi e la calda gamma cromatica
dei vigneti, presenti sia lungo i terrazzamenti collinari sia nella zona
pianeggiante, costituiscono i colori più tipici e rappresentativi di un
paesaggio e di un ambiente ancora in buona parte circondato dall verde
delle colline del Montalbano con i borghi medioevali, le torri, le
suggestive chiese dislocate sulle sue pendici.
Molto vicino si trova Vinci, il luogo di nascita del famoso Leonardoda
Vinci, antico e caratteristico borgo medioevale custode delle preziose
invenzioni del celebre genio. A Vinci è presente il museo Leonardiano

produzione dell’olio di oliva del vino e dei brigidini (un tipico dolce

In ogni punto del residence si può godere di un’ottima prospettiva
panoramica sul panorama toscano.
Nel residence c’è una piscina riscaldata di 7m x 15m, wirlpool, campo da
tennis bocce, tavolo da ping pong, area bambini, luoghi rilassanti, una
terrazza con vista panoramica dove l\'ospite può trovare barbecue ed un
forno per la pizza.
La residenza è composta da 12 grandi appartamenti in 2 cottage (tutti gli
appartamenti hanno il loro ingresso dal giardino e dal terrazzo). Gli
appartamenti sono accessoriati in stile toscano, ed ognuno di loro ha una
vista panoramica sulla vallata.
Alla reception potrete trovare il nostro personale (inglese, francese,
tedesco, russo) che si prenderà cura delle vostre necessità, affinché il
vostro soggiorno sia indimenticabile.
Nei dintorni ci sono molti percorsi per camminare, musei, e altre
strutture sportive. 61 Monolocale: è composto di un terrazzo
indipendente, 1 camera da letto, soggiorno (approssimativamente 30 mq)
fino a 2 persone sul primo piano, angolo cottura, bagno. 62 Bilocale:
